Thought this was a Stinger. The ProTac's are around this price normal. This is maybe $20 off normal not $110 off. Now a Stinger for $68 with battery and charger would be a Slick Deal. Shit I'd buy one as an EDC even though they are large af to fit in your pocket.

Looked it up.

Streamlight 75711 Stinger C4 LED Rechargeable Flashlight with NiCad Battery and 120V AC Charger, Black - 425 Lumens is $88.43 on Amazon now.

Normal price is around $100 - with this being an all time low on Amazon.

50000+ candela and this many lumens with Streamlight build quality. This is Cloud defensive and modlite territory, lights 3-4 times this price. And as mentioned above, it's an all- time low by about $40. Great deal

Only 3500 Lumen for $68 appears too expensive, when you get sofirn Q8Plus, wurkkos DL06, TS32 with upto 11,000 Lumen or more for around $60. There is no quality about it either with so many negative reviews. Some claim the Lumen is not even up to specs.

From review here:

https://thelitereview.com/flashli...-x-review/

"Tint & CRI

Streamlight did not disclose the tint (color temperature) and/or the CRI (Color Rendering Index) for the LED used in their light. For this light, a guesstimate would be in the 6000K to 6500K and 70CRI ballpark.

However, due to the emitter used, there are tint shifts throughout the beam profile. For the ProTac HL 5-X sample, the hotspot is almost cool white whilst the corona possess a slight yellow-green tint; and the spill having a slight purple tint.
This is however, not as noticeable in real life.

For the ProTac HL 5-X USB sample, it has a slightly yellower tint throughout the beam profile instead.

This "phenomenon" is one of the more commonly known side effects of using the high output XHP70.2 LED and does not affect the flashlight in any way."

Any flashlight above 5000K is an automatic pass for me, Streamlight or not.

I just got mine today, it's brighter than my Cloud Defensive MCH Gen 1/2 and Duty light.
I will say, I was not expecting it to be this big. It's not as portable as the former, but if that isn't an issue it's a great light

Yeah transfering 1tb out of it will be way slow compared to USB C

Micro USB is an interesting and worse standard. When it was made the logic was if the port breaks, the device is made useless, so instead the wire was designed to fail first. Hence the wire doesn't last. C is a much better, and more readily available standard for those of us with modern tech tools.
