I'd probably just spend the extra $2 and get the Anker 321. Multiple color options too.

Some of the posts here are fishy as hell. 🤔

People keep mentioning the Anker but fail to include the fact that it's super slow. I bought both of these via deals a couple months ago. I went in with the same thinking that for almost the same price and similar mah (5k vs 6k) I'd prob stick with the Anker. But when I went to charge, the Anker was very slow. I tried them both several times over a couple weeks and in the end ended up returning the Anker. I'm not sure what longevity looks like or what it's doing to my battery but for my use so far I prefer this one.

Fwiw I'm using this on a Galaxy S23 with a Rokform case that provides magsafe capabilities and a ridiculously strong magnet, so grip was similar for both

This is what I came here to say. These random off brand chargers/cables/power banks seem to always dissapoint. At least with anker I know there will be support if the item fails prematurely.

Wireless charging is about 1/3 less efficient. So a 6000mAh battery works effectively like a 4000mAh wirelessly.

I have had this for a year and love it. Fwiw Baseus is a very legit brand. Not as legit as anker, but it's not fly by night Chinese junk.

Got this the last time it was posted here. Doesn't charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max past 40% even on a full charge.
It should, with your phone off.

If you're using your phone at the same time it won't.

This was exactly why I bought this one a week ago and it has certainly worked out great. I wanted a compact setup with a MagSafe attaching battery pack but with the benefit of fastest wired charging rate. I have the Apple MagSafe battery as well but that one is more for slow and controlled charging throughout the day without adding too much weight. Each type has its own use case.
I'd love to see them build this same design with a 5K or even 3.5K capacity that is as slim or slimmer than the Apple battery With the reduced overhead of wired charging, that should be enough to charge any phone once.

I have the 6000mAH black version of this and liked it so much that I decided to try this 5000mAH white one. Their size profile is quite a bit different than expected. The white one is thinner, but spread out over a larger area. It doesn't feel as good in my hand as the black one and the white one is so big that the bottom of it hangs over the lip of my phone. I'd personally recommend paying more for the thicker 6000mAH version as it's perfect and this one is just too long and wide when connected to the phone.

Would this work with a Samsung S22 (base model) without a special MagSafe case?

i tested 9 magsafe power banks including anker on my iphone 15 pro max in oct 2023 and this baseus 6000mah unit was the clear winner.

pros
fast chaging wired and wireless
strong magnet
small and light
charges iphone 15 pro max from 0 to 100
design and soft touch material feels best in hand

perfect if you need one quick and full charge. just remember to use a quality magsafe case or naked iphone if you want it to stick though it still better than any other i tested.

a great deal at 20 bucks. ordered another!
Any suggestions for a slim quality magsafe case for iPhone 13?

Saw the same review. The aftermath made the thing look like it had gone through a war. And the reviewer said it happened while the power bank was sitting on their bed, while they slept. Yes, that falls in the category of SCARY AS ALL HELL and made me run far away from this thing.

Is there any magnetic battery pack that isn't capped at 7.5W charging speed?
