I'm happy you enjoy this style of listening. I don't think I'm an audiophile by any means, but I do have an appreciation for decent sound. I tried this style and was appalled. I knew it would be rough - I just didn't fully grasp how rough. This style is definitely more for those who need to have their ears free or listen strictly to talking instead of music. While I am sure there are some folks who embrace music with these, I can't fathom enjoying it myself.

These are my favorite headphones and I keep convincing coworkers/family to buy them and they fall in love with them haha. I know the sound quality isn't great but I like them to wear around the office/shopping/wherever I am in public so I can still be aware of my surroundings or speaking to someone and not have to take my earbuds/headphones off constantly.

Knockoffs don't actually have bone conduction. They're just speakers that sit outside your ears, so it actually blocks ambient noise vs letting it in

I use a single earbud that I paid $15 for. Haven't lost one yet. Nenrent s570. Perfect for spoken word audio. Even great for falling asleep to audio.

These are amazing. Mine lasted 3 years in shop environment before replacing them and im assuming me touching them with grease and oil on my hands contributed to that lifespan but I would repurchase them in a heartbeat

Bought them for work. Earbuds get your @ss fired, so this seems like a decent alternative.

When running or biking don't care too much what my music sounds like haha. But I absolutely loved using these when I was in meetings all day at my last job. So much nicer then having earbuds in or headphones

As far as brand name bone conduction headphones, the only other one I know of is Philips but it's actually more expensive:

In for 1. I had one for a few years, it broke, they replaced it and it just died on one side. I'm pretty rough with them so I don't mind getting another set. Been waiting for a sale
