This is a ridiculously great price for this projector. I bought it from Amazon back when it was on sale for $1000 and was happy with the price…not anymore.

Yeah. It's an LED. Projector Central's review says it's rated at 25,000 hours. XGIMI's website says 30,000. But whatever's the case, you can't replace LED/Laser innards. And you shouldn't have to unless it's a defective lemon. Traditional bulbs were rated to last 1/10 that time.

Yes, I can't reply to the image message you sent me but the way back machine screenshot I used worked. I had to order at full price and then I'll confirm with them the price change once it ships is what they said. The screenshot from the page I posted in the comment above prompted immediate transfer to a supervisor.

Via chat, the customer service rep argued with me when it was just the screenshot of the order with the price, but once I pulled out the wayback machine screenshot she immediately escalated.

Screen shot work. Same story. Initial chat help told to wait till it's shipped. Told them I have a screen shot and need it adjusted before the 27th. Got escalated to supervisor. Supervisor said no longer the Price. Told them I have a screen shot. They acknowledged it and said they will email or call me once it's shipped and the price adjustment will occur.
