It's an LED light source. No need to change a lamp.

This is a ridiculously great price for this projector. I bought it from Amazon back when it was on sale for $1000 and was happy with the price…not anymore.

Yeah. It's an LED. Projector Central's review says it's rated at 25,000 hours. XGIMI's website says 30,000. But whatever's the case, you can't replace LED/Laser innards. And you shouldn't have to unless it's a defective lemon. Traditional bulbs were rated to last 1/10 that time.

My order shipped today, and I chatted with customer support and got the price adjusted. Thanks you "car82" and "oveno".
You have to be patient with the support chat and ask them nicely, if they refuse ask them to transfer chat to their manager, the support manager will do the price adjustment once you give them the screenshot, make sure to tell them to adjust the sales tax as well and they will take care.

Thanks for posting the wayback screenshot. I was able to order it and the customer chat rep told me after a couple of tries, they will be refunding the difference. You need to first ask that they will refund the difference before placing the order. Then, after it ships, reference the original chat number and ask for them to refund of the difference.
