I had a 15% off in cart with order pickup coupon that stacks with the 10% off, so came out to $382 (I don't have a Red Card). Pretty happy with that—thanks OP!

I see discounts. Unfortunately I have $480 worth of gift cards (bought with 20% off) from Microsoft store. So I have to pass this great deal. I hope Microsoft Store discounts Xbox X prices even further than $450 now.
