agreed...strong deal @ $79. Missed the $69 deal but this is in stock and also available at Walmart. I will return if I can snag later at the $69 price but it's a nice deal.

Wouldn't it just be better to wait a few more days for the black Friday? If you can swing it but now then if it drops then buy both then return the one with the receipt of the the more expensive one to save a trip but I don't think it's going to stay at this $79 for long With how the retailers want to push you to use them even at a small initial loss but at the end of the day it's a sale vs the other

Thought about getting these but I have an Android device - technically they still work but aren't as good? I dunno what I read didn't make much sense but I didn't read it that thoroughly. Are there any 'comparable' earbuds for Android that anyone can recommend so I can look out for a sale on them?

Amazon is running same deal for $79. And if you have point accrued even cheaper since you can apply! Mine was basically free after applying points.

Samsung Galaxy buds2 Pro for $80-100 range depending on sale. Avoid Sony MX4, there's a recall due to shortened battery life after a firmware update.

There is an app called material pods that gives you most of the same functionality as the iPhone.

I would do it. The reason why people like them so much is how they interact with Apple devices. You can get headphones that perform well with android for a cheaper price.
