My AMEX has the offer with the link - some shops came up but does not say eligible!

Look at the map in your area. The eligible places have a small blue shop small logo on them.

Most of the Shop Small merchants in my area were either selling obscure products or closed on the weekend. I miss the small grocers that sold gift cards.

Does anyone know of popular online merchants that qualify? I remember one qualifying small business online merchant was selling gift cards to various stores years ago, but don't recall which one. (Raise?)
