Is it worth $600 more? Probably not, although that 4060 is going to be outdated pretty shortly. The Ti at least gives you a little bit more leeway. But the point is that these are not the same builds by any means.

You get the i7 vs i5 upgrade but DDR4 vs DDR5 downgrade. And you get Costco 2yr warranty vs Newegg's not so good reputation. Price difference is $50 which I think worth it.
