You get the i7 vs i5 upgrade but DDR4 vs DDR5 downgrade. And you get Costco 2yr warranty vs Newegg's not so good reputation. Price difference is $50 which I think worth it.
Yeah, it's not in line with the rest of the Ti line, but that wasn't where the other poster's confusion was. Is it an upgrade over the 3060Ti? Minimally. Is it an upgrade over the 4060? Absolutely.
In for one (picked one up in warehouse). Haven't seen these specs (new) for this price (and from one of the better companies) and Costco's return policy and warranty aren't easily beat.
