Not Garmin, but the Viofo A119 mini 2. It has the newest Starvis 2 sensor. Same 2.7K resolution as the E1. Check the newer reviews on YouTube.

Not sure if this is a real deal. I bought E2 dual in July for $150. Seems regular price to me.

I got this brand, but not this camera to replace a "Yi" brand camera and have front and rear cameras.
It works OK - they are very picky about SD cards you use and will stop recording once full. Using a vantrue sdcard mine recenly corrupted the card in a way that it stopped recording and showed a message every time I turned the car on - I had to put the card in my PC, format it and then format again on the camera to get it working again. My biggest annoyance is that I cannot connect to it to download a video without first moving my rear view mirror to press a bunch of buttons on it to 1. stop recording 2. turn on wifi... you cant just.. connect anytime and you cant turn on wifi while recording.
Video quality is on par with everything else in the price range from reviews and sample videos I saw.
The included cable on mine was stupid because it ended in a 12v thicc plug instead of just a thin USB cord so it meant i had to fish the wire in a non-preferred direction and actually it was 2 feet short so I was going to need to extend it... but that extension would have t be hidden in my headliner so I tossed their junk cable and used my own long USB cable and used my own brick which is nice because I got a 2 port brick to have an extra for a phone.

FYI the cable to the rear camera on mine was not a standard USB cable - I wouldnt use my own cable in other words.
Also.. mine is USB-C... whats up with the ancient USB on the S1?? Its pre micro-usb

I have the e2
no regrets! I've caught some interesting things on my cam but thankfully I haven't needed it for an accident. I hear it saving files when I hit a bump, otherwise I don't even pay attention to it, but it hasn't failed when I needed to pull a file. Just get an endurance card or something similar and you're gtg

I am using N2 Pro since 2020. Overall it's a good dash can. The downside is no app support or WiFi for playback. You gotta take out the microSD card to do that.

I have the E2 DUAL as well, extremely happy absolutely no issues. This is professional quality. I use it in my Jeep Cherokee an absolute must for any road trips or just daily travel.
How is it powered? I currently have an aukey that takes a cord which is annoying to have to loop everywhere to take away the slack. If it's battery powered, can you give an estimated battery life?

I use the Viofo A119 V3. Good camera at a good price when onsale.

Onsale for $80 right now...

Add a high endurance memory card and all set.

Seems the Viofo A119 mini 2 is the newer one and a little better than the A119 V3.
