For what it's worth, I've actually had two of theirs, the first had very good video but no WiFi but I just got their newer unit with WiFi and it's awesome. I have the E3 and I actually really like it.

I've had some other cheap Chinese dashcams, these aren't cheap, they work well, I use them when I do Uber. A lot cheaper than some of the more well known name brands and still has great features, the sensor seems to be pretty good but I don't know the brand. I wish I could have afforded the more expensive one, they had a Sony sensor on it, maybe next vehicle.

After watching the newest reviews showing it off, i ordered one and can verify there's no dash cam like the Vantrue N4 Pro. Simply because it does the dual exposure HDR that lets you read moving license plates, at night.

If you are in an accident there is a very big difference when showing the cam footage to police/insurance and saying "Look at this guy hit me and speed off" and "Look at this guy hit me and speed off but we can read his license plate clear as day"

I will always pay more for that difference.

Chinese VIOFO is way better than these, these are still using the out of date Sony starvis first gen sensor IMX 3xx, VIOFO are using Starvis 2 sensors IMX6xx, which are way better than these old chips.

They've reached out two separate times asking if I wanted to test out their new releases. For free, no strings. I'm also using the e2 and agreed, it's the best so far. I definitely would have paid full price if they hadn't sent me one.

Got the N2 pro a while back, and it is still working. Was surprised how durable it is considering it just sits in the car in the heat/cold. Thinking of getting one of the newer ones for the nighttime video quality. Friend has the E3 and said he could see license plates at night.

Maybe their sensor is better but it's more expensive and I've never had an issue with what I've gotten from my Dashcam. I think I got my latest for $220, forgot what this deal is but the compatible one id want to get from the brand you mentioned is $320 so $100 more.
