Is there an Order 66 scenario where the pandemic you're trying to eliminate is the Jedi?

Big Pandemic fan here (own OG + expansions, legacy, hot zone).

This was a huge disappointment. Basically, it's been over complicated to the point of not being fun. The way the sith work is dumb. The quest system is half baked. Dice are fun, tho. And the little figures are cool.

I have tried this with two gaming groups and I'm both cases the consensus after a few games was to forget this existed and go back to original.

I'm pretty sure your confusing the prequel trilogy (which while not amazing, at least had a coherent story across 3 films) and the more recent sequel trilogy (which was hot garbage).

Just to add a differing opinion I'm also a big pandemic fan and I quite enjoyed this variant, even if ignoring the theme altogether. Feel like the villain mechanic does a lot to add to the variety of playthroughs.

In fact, I'm more likely to go for this one vs the OG pandemic these days, though, to be fair, I have played a lot more of the original one over the years. Legacy Season 0 & 1 are still my all-time favorites, but it's kind of the nature of the beast that those don't have a whole lot of replayability.

Which versions do you recommend since you've played so many? There's a sale going on now for most of them, hot zone included.
