Best deal so far if you factor in $50 credit.

"Promotional Credit only applies to products and digital content sold by Amazon.com. Products and digital content (except for eBooks) sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if "fulfilled by Amazon.com" or "Prime Eligible."

I don't know which items purchase from Amazon would qualify for the above promotional credit. Any insight on this by anybody would be highly appreciated.

Sounds like as long as it's sold by Amazon itself it'll be included. That's pretty much the only products I order anyways to get prime shipping.

To be fair there are three other stores with the same deal but with a $50 credit to the respective store selling it. Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart all offering the same deal.

Are these fun? I had a Vive I lost interest in. Mainly because the setup was too cumbersome.

Yes because there is no big setup, you just put it on.

I am not seeing any credit at Best Buy.

What do they mean by "digital credit"? Is it only valid on digital items? Description is vague.

I've had $10 & $20 digital credits from Amazon. It means it doesn't go into your Amazon gift card balance. It will get taken off the next order. So you have to order over $50 of Amazon products for you to be able to use it. Can't take it partially.

Also the credit has an expiration date, 2 months in my case.

Quality and ease of use has gotten great in recent years.

There is no PC required, no cables, no cameras and sensors.. it's all built into the headset and controllers.

Games run off the headset itself, but you can wireless or wired connect to a PC to play PCVR games on it.

Quest 2 is still pretty powerful. The Quest 3 was just released, but at a $500 base price this is the best deal out there

I received the email stating that I received the credit. I'm trying to use it on products that are 'shipped and sold by Amazon' (such as the Crucial 64GB RAMdeal), I can't seem to get the credit to show up, even on final page of checkout. Do you need to actually make a purchase to be able to see the $50 promotional credit show up, or should you be able to see it on the final checkout page? I even tried changing my payment method, to see if maybe there was an option there where you could choose the $50 credit, but could not find anything there.

Can you confirm that you used a 'digital' credit on an actual physical item, not a digital item such as a audible book or something?

Credit is for DIGITAL items shipped and sold by Amazon.

There were the terms I received in my email -

"Thank you for your purchase. Your order has qualified you for a promotional credit in the amount of $50. This credit can be used on items sold and shipped by Amazon.com. This credit expires on January 31, 2024."

IMO, it sounds more like this is a DIGITAL credit in the sense that you don't receive a physical gift card, but it can be used on anything that is shipped and sold by Amazon.

But you may be right it only works on digital items even though that isn't what is stated, since I can't seem to get it to work on items shipped/sold by Amazon.
