This is one of the best products for comfortable sleeping, especially if you are in a high-humidity climate, struggle with sweating, or staying warm. I no longer have to run AC in summer at night to drop the temperature a few degrees to stay comfortable as well. The sheets are pretty comfortable, help with airflow and distribution of the air evenly.

BedJet 3 Individual [bedjet.com] - $387
Dual System for Couples [bedjet.com] - $839-$849 with code VIP50
BedJet Aromatherapy Upgrade Kit [bedjet.com] - $39
Cloud Sheet Accessory, 100% Pure and Soft Cotton [bedjet.com] - $89-139
BedJet Adjustable Bed PowerLayer [bedjet.com] - $969

I live in Florida. Bought this last year around BF. Gave it to the wife on Xmas. Used it for a couple months (too late to return), and sold it on Facebook Marketplace.

Heres my take... I had one BedJet, and a King Size BedJet One-zone sheet. If you want individual control for two people, you need Two BedJets, and a two-zone sheet. I think having two bed jets running would be quite noisy, IMHO.

On high speed, the unit is quite loud. The fan adjusts in percent increments. Once it gets over 30% speed... it starts sounding loud to me.

Know that these units DO NOT COOL! They can heat the air, but they CAN NOT COOL the air. When you put it on COOL, it is just blowing room air over you. Whatever the temp & humidity is in your room, that's what the machine is blowing over you when you set it to "cool". Also, whatever heat the fan motor gives off is also added to whatever is blowing over you... So when you set to "cool", you get room air, plus fan motor heat... so probably a couple degrees warmer than room temp is what you're actually getting when it's set to "cold".

The unit does have internal heating coils, so it can actually heat the air... but here in Florida, we rarely need that. It would be nice if they made these with actual cooling, and not just room air.

My wife was looking for a solution for night sweats/hot flashes... I think the unit works well. Having air circulate around you UNDER THE COVERS makes it possible to sleep with the covers on in Florida.

However... this doesn't cool beneath you, so it wasn't working for my wife. So we sold it.

So really, this unit is just a glorified fan. My wife ended up finding a blanket on Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1 ) that she raves about.

I thought it was all in her mind, until I tried it... This is a mesh type blanket that allows the breeze from our ceiling fan to pass right through... So even though it's hot Florida, I can have my covers and still be cool enough to sleep, without the noise and electricity use of the BedJet.

So we've found a solution that works for both of us.
Not a scam. It really is a game changer for comfort and sleep. I have 3 of them and they even sent me a new one when my dog chewed through the cord lol…
One tip, the plastic parts that keep the vent positioned next to your mattress are not the most durable, especially if you kick or move around while you sleep. I've woken up to snapped brackets on mine twice. Fortunately, there is a very healthy aftermarket of 3d printed parts on Ebay which are printed from heavy ABS plastic which is much more durable. They're cheap and I highly recommend them.

BedJet does condition the air as you can set the temperature, i.e. warming or heating cool air.
Right.... but in the normal meaning of the word, a heater is not an air conditioner... only something that cools (and usually also dehumidifies) the air is.

So the BedJet is not an air conditioner, and it is not advertised as such, and even says it is NOT an air conditioner. They say "NOTE: BedJet is not an air conditioner and not a substitute for zero air conditioning in extreme heat (+79°F) bedrooms. Room temp needs to be below 79°F for best cooling."

It makes sense for BedJet to say they are not a substitute for an air conditioner or heater. My space heater says it's no replacement for a home heater. Yet, they both condition air to a temperature of my liking using its capabilities. For cooling, it does move warmer air created by body heat away while allowing to keep blanket on, i.e. condition the air around the body by moving cooler air in, which is the basic principle behind an HVAC.

That caught me by surprise. I thought it would be some flimsy remote with a barely intuitive layout. It's well thought out and well built. The auto lighting by grabbing is great at night. The remote for my adjustable bed doesn't do that.

I've used it for a year and pleased. I use it every night. Winter comes, & the heat option will be great again.

It should. I've used a promo code on top of sales prices. I have not tried stacking promo codes.

I sleep hot and have been looking at these since before they have more recently made their appearance (that i noticed) on slickdeals, a few years now.

And damn I'm an adult and I sleep hot........ and I do have Some Adult money to throw around but damn... 400$ for some cool air seems like an awful lot. I have not been able to get over that price. Maybe if I saw one and was able to try it in a store... because these SD comments/reviews are all very high praise...
You can use cooling blanket and high CFM fan (https://www.samsclub.com/p/pivoti...rod8670795)

I use the combo and survived texas heat when our AC blew. Since then I sleep on cooling blanket and a high CFM (two of em) and a humidifier working in tandem. The job of CFM fan is to effectively circulate cold air that HVAC pushes in. I think bedjet simulates it by pumping the cold air into your blanket which is in direct contact with your skin. Unfortunately, there is no use for me in central texas winter to test it as its going to be cold for next five mos. Maybe I will buy one during summer/June to put in test where it blows my balls

As a user of BedJets since 2015, please note that this user is INCORRECT about the cooling capability. The BedJet V3 DOES have a peltier cooling unit that can cool ambient air before flowing. But since it is a peltier unit, it cannot cool it more than a few degrees below ambient. This may render it useless for this commenter's needs and environment, but it does not change the product.

In the few dry 85 degree evenings we get, the our BedJet v3s are an absolute godsend. Running at 30% blowing cool air even if at 75 degrees is game changing.

Just want to say I got this set up quickly and absolutely LOVE it. Had 2 very good restful nights because I had air circulating through the cloud sheet. This is a great purchase, no regrets! And the heating function is nice to have for those chilly nights.

I'm waiting on mine, I'll try my best to give an accurate account. I still am reeling from spending so much, but I'm dating a girl who literally keeps her house at 53 degrees and has fans running everywhere, Hoping this will help make her, and me, comfortable when we're together.

I was the one who posted about the remote, it really is quite over built and over featured for this type of appliance. The BedJet itself however is just OK, nothing epic, but it does what it says it will.

Anyone know how much power this thing draws? I know electric heaters use a lot and I see people say its tripping their breaker so wondering if this is a factor

Lol were you the one that said OLED screen. Got my bedjet and thought about that review and was like "shit all those reviews really were fake bc this is far from OLED"

I believe up to 1500 watts but there is a way to limit the heating power if you have two of them. I believe they call it the "low power" setting... so if using two on the same circuit, they both should be in "low power" mode.

not sure what that really equates to in cost...basically wondering if this will end up costing as much as electric heaters and such

It could... depending on how much heat you use with BedJet vs what you'd use with an electric heater.
