Unfortunately Amazon won't price match to even their own prices that were from the past, you Will have to buy it again and just return the old one. While it seems crazy for Amazon, they take the chance that people won't go through the hassle. But for $300, it's probably worth your time imo

amazon might charge you a restocking fee if you return it. i had to pay a fee last time i returned something that big. it doesn't say "free returns" anywhere on the product page, so i assume there's a fee

i got mine at costco for 2499 4 year waranty, plus returns and warranty through costco is so much better than most.

And Samsung's Tizen operating system is just awful. Also, with the last firmware update there's a daily calibration message and a reboot happens if you don't catch the message to decline. I'm not sure about Costco, but I know Best Buy suspends their price match policy for this time of the year. Atleast until Cyber Monday is over.

Ugh, that just makes me mad to hear it... I just read their holiday price match policy yesterday and I missed that wording trap. Bought my daughter a replacement phone and was going to keep tracking prices through holidays in case someone else drops the price further, but you're right, it seems they won't price adjust after the sale. 🤬
Guess I'll just leave it unopened until after Cyber Monday at least so I don't have to pay a restocking fee if a better deal pops.

I'll wait for the main retailers to show their cards and go with the tax/shipping included option when I'm ready.
If Costco drops to this price this year, I'm going for it. I picked up an A90J and had a good experience and a 7 year warranty. You won't save more than $400 between now and next year on this size.
Props to Amazon for being the first one to push the button, though.

I just bought this last week. It's absurd they won't price adjust. Just ordered a new one and will be sending back the "old one"
