Well, less then $300 on the sub is really going to get you the same type of subs. Lower end, I can't even think of one that i would honestly recommend. they are all going to not be "proper subs because these under $300 subs put out a lot of volume in the 50-90-hz range so they sound loud but the bass is far from accurate and they do very little to nothing under 35hz.. You could try one of the Monoprice monolith subs, they are a good price when on sale and have 5 yr warranty. but the best thing you could do is go find a used SVS pb-2000 or SVS pb-12nsd for $350-$400 and you will have a very good sub w/ accurate bass reproduction that will go down to 20hz and if it's a newer used one, the warranty is transferable to you..plus it will last a very long time most likely... Svs makes great subs and there quality and CS is top notch..

For atmos, unless you do ceiling mount, it's going to be a crap shoot! There is no good answer to mounting them on top of speakers as that doesn't work all too great, it has to bounce just right of the ceiling back to you to get any atmos effect and most of the time it does not work right, this is why I told you 8060's are a complete waste for atmos. your going to have to try diff positions to see what works, otherwise, you will not get atmos to work right.. usually if you can't do ceiling mount, then high top wall mount will work much better then top of speakers position and you set the receiver to that setting. Again, your going to have to try it out , go get a good atmos demo from online as it will give you the ability to really hear the atmos if it's effect is working well or not so much.. w/out proper atmos your losing so much, trust me. Night and day!

No, do not go rp 150, they lack some mid and low end, I have demo d them. Stick with the rp-160's, Rp-600's, Rp 502 and the rp-250's// these all sound much better then the rp-150's. the 502 and rp-250's have dual drivers so they can do just about the same as the rp-600's and they all sound real good. The rp-150's are a bit lacking.. but none of the ones I recommend are expensive, you just have to look for them. you can get pair of rp-600's for $350 or less, pair of rp-160's for $299 or less..... you can get a pair of rp-502s for $368... look on a/zon, e...... bay, etc

your 970 receiver is just fine, it will do what ever you need it to and these speakers are all 95++db sensitivity so you need very little power anyways for them to get really going but klipsch speakers are known for that attribute. Your receiver is more then adequate for the system your putting together, so all good there , make sure you calibrate the entire system properly with your receiver room calibration software!!.. So there you go... Isn't quality, unbiased good FREE advice just great!!?!!
You are at rally great 👍 thanks a lot 😊 I will do check out on those subwoofer recommendations you mentioned.

But those RP 500 SA would just work fine for Dolby Atmos if I do celing mount (looks difficult this option) but I can definitely get it to do high top wall mount for a better overall experience.

Now for my rears I do not plan to do a wall mount as I have got the Sanus height adjusting stand from Amazon so I I'll use that the bookshelf speakers (RP160 M or RP 600 M) would be better option right compared to RP 250 S or RP 502 S. Please let me know. Thanks.

If your going to do high wall mount, then you can use the rp 500 sa's... that is going to be up to you.. I already explained how bad reflecting Atmos from the top of the mains to the ceiling is.. so your next best option is to go high on the front wall because you only have two channels for atmos.. if you could do in ceiling some how, you will thank me for it and your ears, I know it requires work, but the atmos effect is just perfect w/ in ceiling speakers but not all spaces can do this.

Couple of things for the rears. How much space do you have behind the sitting area because that will play a big role. The rp-160/600's are huge and you better have a stand that can hold them fully and if you hit the stand you always risk having them fall off if the stand plate is not large enough to hold these(they are heavy 20+ lbs & LARGE!). Plus they are going to look much larger overall and your going to have to decide if your ok w/ that.. so, if you have the space behind your sofa and don't mind the large looking surrounds then I would go w/ these. But, if you have limited space behind your sitting area and want a much smaller looking overall profile speaker on a stand, then the rp 250's or 502's are perfect. The 250/502's are great if you don't have a lot of space to work with because they have very wide dispersion design so they work great for surround & if they are closer to the sitting area due to space constraints. If you have the extra space and can move the rp-160's/600's a bit further back to give them the space they need as they are not as wide dispersion as the 250's, then they will give you more punch overall. So, there is no right or wrong answer here, it is only based on what is going to work in the space you have? I am using my 502's as my side rear main surrounds(L/R of the sitting area) but I am using my Rp-160's on stands(mounted to them so they can't fall off!) as my rear L/R surround Speakers. I am running a 13.2.4 setup/receiver, but your only going to have the two main rear surrounds. This should give you the info you need..

I think I have log of space to work with since this setup is going to be in my great room in the living area. I have attached the photos of that area where i would be installing these. I hope it is not too big of a room to feeel the magic of these Klipsch setup Smilie

So do you think will Atmos work for me well in my setup if I decide to go high wall mount in the front OR somehow do a ceiling mount in the front. Please let me know. Thanks.

Room size is no problem especially for these speakers ! If your stands can safely handle the 160/600 use those for surround. top wall atmos will work as good as it can but not be as perfect as in ceiling units which would mount a few feet in front of sofa in the ceiling. The open floor plan like that you're going to need dual subs no matter what, you can add them as you want.

Thanks. So this is my final configuration I ended up getting.
RP 8000 F pair
RP 500 SA surrounds
RP 504 C center channel ($299 deal and I thought this is better than the $250 RP 450 C
RP 600 M rear surrounds
RP 1400 SW ( yes got this monster subwoofer at $699 thanks Slickdeals and to you as well 😊)
Then I got another used Deep Acoustics SubD12EQ subwoofer. This seemed good with low frequency range down to 22 hz and I thought it would be much better than the other cheaper Klipsch subs. Is this a good decent one ? Reason I got this was to give some more bass effect and a smaller companion to the monster RP 1400 SW
Denon 7.2 S970H receiver.

Can someone help me know if the Denon S970H can power the RP 8060FA II speakers and the 505C II center speakers? I am planning to use these 3 speakers in addition to 4 more surround speakers and the RP1000SW? If not this, what's the best AVR for a 7.1 HT setup for these Klipsch RP speakers? Thanks.
