Worth spending $100 more and selecting the 4060 option on this Laptop. The 4060 is much stronger than the 4050, and has the bare minimum 8gb of Vram. 6gb of Vram on the 4050 is already obsolete, forget about going into 2024 and beyond.

The 4050 for $100 off might make sense for some people, but they are also short on display specs... and there is no reason to spend good money on a 17" unless the display is good. I'd call this one a pass.

From the reviews I've read, the display on this is above average (https://laptopmedia.com/review/acer-nitro-17-an17-41-review-the-efficient-zen-4-cpu-and-the-battery-... [laptopmedia.com] , https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/acer-nitro-17-2023 , not the exact same specs but the same monitor- https://www.notebookcheck.net/Ace...918.0.html ). I haven't seen any Reviews or posts from people complaining about the display. If you have some information I'm not aware of, I'd love to hear it, since as of now I'll be pulling the trigger on the 4060 version of the Nitro 17 in the next few hours.

All those you linked are the 1440p display. This one is 1080p.
