The LoTR edition for the set is "The Lord of the Rings Illustrated (Tolkien Illustrated Editions) [amazon.com]" which is not in the 3 for the price of 2 deal.
I can get all three illustrated books from target for about $70. Target also has b2g1 offer with less limitations. Also I have a circle offer for additional 15% off.

After some deliberation, I decided to go with the latest (book 5) Harry Potter illustrated edition, which was free on the 3 for 2 deal (with illustrated Hobbit and Silmarillion) and bought the LOTR illustrated separately. My daughter already has the first 4 illustrated HP editions, and it maximized the discount given the price of the other two. Here's the link if you want it:
