The CS support, with whom I chatted earlier, initially claimed the opportunity to refund but subsequently transferred to Francis, who claimed the absence of an opportunity to refund due to purported use of the gift card.
The Lyft customer sup has been in the process of transferred to a different team for the 40 minutes.
I have saved the screenshots for initiation of a chargeback.

I bought the $100 digital Apple GC. Received the $15 credit. And then bought the $100 physical GC. Not only it promised me $15 credit, it instantly applied the $15 credit from my previous digital order. So my second GC cost me $85.
