Here's what I did:
1. I purchased a digital $100 Apple GC. It came out to $85 with the 15% AMEX discount. I used 714 AMEX points ($5) to trigger the 15% discount.
2. After waiting a half hour, I ordered the physical $100 Apple GC. It came out to $75 because I stacked the $10 off $75 Discover promo and the $15 Amazon credit from the 1st order. Also you get 5% cashback from Amazon purchases using Discover.
Wish folks can give a simple yes/no rather than showing their smartness with a longer post.
