If you want a truly plug and play experience I would suggest the Bambu Labs line of smart printers. They cost a lot more though and have a lot of proprietary parts/software.
These enders are mostly open source so there is a lot of knowledge resources available.
MY comment is to the durability of these machines and the lack of need to fidgit with settings, after initial dialing in process, generally.
Everyone just wants to start a fight instead of understanding anything written or said in a situation.
This is generally regarded as the easiest to get up and running 3d printer in its price range.
