it's a shame that there is no manual for this computer. Zero information on the MSI website.

It's a 3 years old game. I don't get why ppl quote FPS for old games as a benchmark to make a point. Might as well say it run mine craft at a gazillion FPS.
It is still hard on the GPU regardless of age. There are plenty of brand new pixel based games that could run on a toaster and lots of older games that are still used for benchmarking. Heck Red Dead Redemption 2 and even the 10 year old GTA V can darn near choke a modern gaming system.

Age has nothing to do with system load. SMH

First google result when searching for the model number.

I believe this model is 8th from the left. Or control+F to find.

MSI's website shows DDR5 @ 5200 MHz, so u/wherestheanykey is right on track with cost. For example, a set of 32 GB (2x 16 GB) is $90 and a 64 GB set (2x 32 GB) is $149, Corsair Vengeance from Newegg.

Unfortunately, I can't find any information on how many RAM slots there are.

Alternatively, you could buy the MSI Codex R 13NUC5-075US for $949 on Newegg. It comes with the all of the same components, but ups the RAM to 32 GB and the SSD to 2 TB. It's currently back ordered, but they are expecting more stock on Tuesday, FWIW.
From the MSI web site; 4x DDR5, Maximum Memory Capacity 192GB. Found here https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/PR...cification. Found that one from searching the model number in the post, which led to this https://us.msi.com/Desktop/Codex-...cification. This model is in the far right column.

Weird, both of those links result in a 404 error. Regardless, 4 slots and 192 GB max would make sense.

the link is https://storage-asset.msi.com/exc...-080US.pdf but it's pretty useless. Honestly I am trying to figure out how you can insert 192GB of RAM. My guess is 4 sticks of 48 GB each. A manual that is not meant for morons should make mention of details like this.

Yeah weird. I just checked and they both work for me.
Edit for spelling.

48GB showed up on the Crucial site while researching ram for this. I was unaware of 48GB sticks.

I bought this for $849 on OCT 10. Still unopened. I guess I will have to buy this and return to save $50? Any chance Walmart will refund the difference?

It was a bad windows image. People who re-installed windows with a fresh image no longer had the blue screen of death.
