Your opinion has some validity, BUT I know people with good use cases or just like blowing their money on stuff they like. Either way, 25% off is 25% off. Don't like, don't buy.

It's not new. A year or so ago they made the legs longer but otherwise it's the same thing and has rarely gone on sale since they released it. Works like a champ, though.
