There is quite literally a physical thickness difference which makes it "heavy duty" lol. It's just thicker aluminum foil, thus the added cost due to more material.

That's for the Standard; Amazon is Heavy Duty.

OK, OK. I looked it up. There's a difference. I never found a use case for so-called 'heavy duty' I guess.

Go get 225 sqft of Great Value at Martial Law (I mean Walmart). Same garbage.
That's the stuff I use. $9 every day and a roll lasts forever. Saves a lot of cleanup in the old air fryer and various other baking tasks, and regular duty does the job for me. I do curbside pick-up almost exclusively these days, so I rarely wander into the store for the inevitable shakedown on the way out. The curbside employees are always nicer; it's a whole different experience. Almost makes Walmart tolerable haha

nobody knows what lidl is. have you searched to see how many of those stores opening in the US and in what area? then you can answer your own question
Seriously? Then check out WalMart Great Value brand Heavy Duty 50 sq ft regular price $3.78. Or try Target or any supermarket brand Heavy Duty, They all go on sale regularly for less than this price.

I don't like wasting aluminum, but the difference between regular and heavy duty is meaningful and totally worth it to me -- at least for cooking purposes.

But I would never pay $4 for 50 square feet. This is not a slick deal.

Not the same product. This is the equivalent selling for $2.02 more.

OK, I'm not going to get into the debate about whether this is a "deal" or not.

But promoting this to a front-page deal? On the biggest deal weekend of the year, no less? that's just silly. Thanks for sharing OP, but SD moderators: puhhhLEASE ...
