Networks and can't be unlocked for international SIM cards . Anyone has an idea ? Can they be region unlocked ?

Go to any target, check their catalog browsing machines and search for iphone 12 there (or pro or max) and you can get to know what store exactly it is available in
I am based out of Seattle, and found that Renton, Gig Harbor and Northgate stores did have the phones in stock.
