I think the Costco version has more tools (I see 10-11 tools plus the charger and holder); on Dyson's site you get about 5 tools plus charger and holder). Some cb sites are up to 15% today (so $75).

I agree about getting from Costco - on my way out yesterday I saw someone in the return line holding a used Dyson cordless (no box, and looked like a dated or cheaper model) and I wouldn't be surprised if she got a refund.

Costco is 90 day return no?

The one sold on Costco has a different tool bundle than the one sold on Dyson official website. The Costco version has 6 more tools/accessories. Based on my area code and taking into 15% cashback on Cyber Monday, The Dyson official version will be $64 cheaper (tax incl) in total than the Costco version. But I decided to keep the Costco one due to more tools and possible better customer support after the 2-year warranty expires.

The one found on Dyson.com is exclusive to them. You won't find it anywhere else with the built in wand and updated hepa filter. I took a closer look those features are only found on the Gen5 which is considerably more expensive. Also the tools with the v15 extra look to be a couple more brushes which seem redundant to me. The one through dyson is the way to go I wish it was offered at Costco though can't beat that "extended support" 😩

Can u explain a little mote please. I'm new to all this and I'm desperately looking for this vaccum for my mom. At the cheapest price I can fins and 500 is too much ..
I've been reviewing all these deals for the past day as I'm in the market for one as well since our v8 died.

The v15 absolute is the only model that has the built in crevice tool. It's pretty much lets you switch to handheld mode when you take the main rod off the vacuum because the crevice tool is built into the end of the bin.
In my opinion the absolute comes with better tools. I know it's less tools, but when I really look at them, the costco tools are crap to me. They're one functionally and yes plenty of them. Some of them were ones that came with our v8 and we hardly reached for them. Take a closer look at the absolute bundle and you'll notice that the brush tool is built in with a non-brush tool (dual function). I'll take less items with dual over single function I'd loose.

Walmart and Dyson are selling the absolute at the same price. I also wish Costco carried the absolute.

Hope this was helpful to yea, cheers!

I've not decided if I'll go with Dyson/Walmart Absolute or the detect with Costco.

You are correct sure the v15 from Costco has 11 tools but in my opinion they are very redundant you don't need 3-4 different type of brushes when one has the same function. I'm glad someone else noticed more doesn't always mean better!

Little late on this thread. But anyone knows how often or when Dyson goes to this price other than BF. Our 6 year old v10 has started to act up and it may be time to replace it. I prefer the Dyson hepa version to that of Costco (currently at 560$)
thanks
