How much would a place charge to install, balance and full alignment usually?
Would townfair or other local tire places price match?
Sadly my front brake rotors are 15.5" and these tires won't clear them.

Keep in mind you can safely fit slightly wider and narrower tires (e.g. 195 vs 185) into most rims.
Also, look up EU/JP specs for the same car.
E.g. In Japan, maybe they fit a 175 as standard to reduce gas consumption, but in usa 185 is more popular and common.
This means you'll likely be able to fit 175 and 185 just fine (assuming same inch diameter stock rims).
