They're cheaper on SS official website (given you don't care about Xbox version) using the code GET30. Just a FYI if you have no use for the Dell gift card.

This is actually a pretty solid deal, especially with an AMEX $40 off $200.

My AMEX only had the dell credit offer once… I just checked and it's not there… unfortunate

fyi this model does work with ps5 as well. connecting the ps5 through the port labeled USB allows it to work. you can then connect your pc through the port labeled XBOX and it'll be just fine.

this is in case you want the version that will work with all platforms.

Does this model still have the same problem of the headset breaking at the joint that connects to the ear pieces after about a year of use? It looks like it uses the same hinge design.

It was well documented on the model before this.

This appears to have died in my cart, my cart has it at 294 subtotal and dell customer service is claiming it was a glitch so did anyone get confirmations?

So frustrating, literally had this in my cart with a couple other items I was doing research on and the deal died. Black Friday/Cyber Monday is trash these days.

In for one, getting delivered tomorrow. Now the question is whether they will honor the $75 e-gift card, as I think that was the "glitch". (was probably meant to be $75 off bc of gift card, not 75 off + gift card)

Also i paid with paypal and didn't realize that it would not activate the 40 off 200 amex offer
I might just have to return it now
