A popular cash back site has 10% cash back on HP, which will bring the price to $770.70

10% cash back is calculated on $1022.99 = $102.29.

After AMEX statement credit you pay $872.99.

$872.99 - $102.29 = $770.70

Anyone knows if HP charges a restocking fee for return? The support page says it may charge up to 15% restocking fee. If so, it's a deal breaker for me.

Good luck with that! They won't accept free return for slow speed, noise, or any hardware/software issues. They will circle around with many different tech supports until you give up or fix the issues.

Only way to return is "I don't like it" reason and agree on 15% restocking fee.
