update: ebay sent the case to their appeals dept, and they reviewed the messages between me and Acer refurb, they overturned it and refunded me the amount. Thank goodness. Be careful "Gabriel from Acer" seems very scammy.

Unfortunately it looks like they are sending out poorly packed products. I just got an update my replacement will be here on Thursday. If it arrives nothing short of perfect I am giving up on this "deal"

No guess Apple charges 5 times for their products in comparison to any windows based POS as simply as Apple products always work. Luckily it finally booted up so I'm good but got scared for a bit.
The bios stopped with an error after Acer firmware update but besides that pretty smooth.
The only issue I've had was turning on HDR mode. It lost connection to the LG OLED TV I use as a monitor, and it took several reboots to get into safe mode to fix the display issue. (why couldn't I just hold a key down to get into windows safe mode options like with earlier versions of Windows?)
Once I updated the GPU drivers, I could use 10-bit HDR at full resolution 4:4:4 120Hz.
There's a bit of bloatware, but not as bad as the bloatware that is part of Windows 11 itself.
I've built my last few PCs, but I couldn't have built something equivalent for the same price. I was aiming at spending twice as much, but this will hold me over for a while.

Yours actually had the VGA card mounted?
Performance is good. Very quiet even after playing RDR2 on 4k for like 20 mins. CPU never got over 80c and the video card 75c. Not bad for the price at all.
