Thanks OP. In for a couple. From past experience, when you click "redeem" if you get an error check the URL. Between ".com" and "autologin" (if I remember right) there will be an extra / Remove it and you are good to go.

Edit: in the past I got these right away, today they took about 1 hour.

Pretty sure the max discount is up tp $15 per person. Not entirely sure if it's tied to just a specific email or cc card.

Each card has its own max. For example I bought one Habitat for Humanity and two Make a Wish. For the Make a Wish cards I got two Petco cards for $57.50 each. For Habitat for Humanity I got one $115 Home Depot card. I assume you can get more using a different email / credit card but I did not try it.

Example. Purchase a $50 Giving Good Feeding America eGift Card, get $7.50 Bonus for The Cheesecake Factory. Then use that eGift Card to buy a $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card and get the $15 bonus they are running also?

If you buy the Habitat for Humanity card for $100, then you go on the website and choose how to split the $115. So yes, you can get two HD cards for $50 and then another HD card for $15

If you have a Kroger AmEx offer, then no. These gift cards are billed by a 3rd party that's not identified as Kroger. Not sure if you mean another AmEx offer.
