I never have trouble with stolen card transactions from other cards I use (Amex and a Fidelity VISA).
So if you use this thing I hope your experience is better than mine.
BTW, I get 2% cash back on everything with the Fidelity VISA card - cashback goes directly into my Fidelity account and then I can do whatever I'd like with it. No cashback limitations at all.
It's being replaced by Google Wallet, which will do the same.

I later heard that was Elon's idea. As soon as Paypal got sold to a bank they got rid of it. I always thought it was the best Paypal feature.
