You should include in the original post that you have to have COX internet service to take advantage of this deal. Phenomenal deal otherwise. Haven't seen a $500 off iPhone 15 Pro Max deal anywhere else yet.

I got the same issue. Just use another computer or cellphone, select the same phone again and choose "update cart" and then check out. The total should be corrected that way which should show the one-time payment needed for only that one phone.

I signed up for Cox Mobile when they had the $500 GC promotion back in September. Let me tell you, Cox Mobile is AWFUL.

We've probably called them over a dozen times due to different issues ranging from voicemail not working (took about a week for Cox to fix a network-wide issue), devices not arriving on time, and the promotional codes not being processed.

We also chose to finance through Citizen's Pay (which partners with Cox) since the payment and upfront costs are the same, but they ran our credit multiple times due to a Cox error which resulted in multiple hard inquires and a credit score drop that had to be remedied through the credit bureau.

Cox Mobile is a new service and we are all the guinea pigs. I will likely be porting out to another provider after my gift cards arrive.

Sharing this as a PSA. Proceed with caution.

Cox Sucks! I would never use them for wireless service. Used to have them for cable, phone and internet with nothing but problems all the time!
