If you switch this to the base CPU, AMD or Intel, it lowers the price to $329, so if you just need an everyday driver, why would you pay $530?
According to dell, no! 2 USB ( other than C ) ports. I've noticed Dell doesn't have many systems with USB C that supports data transfer/charging.
Generally, I haven't found that games will run on anything using integrated graphics. Even really expensive, advanced chip/ fast systems with lots of RAM that are great for heavy workloads or even watching movies/streaming can just suck when it comes to games.
A family member just bought a great system with a 12th gen i7 chip, and it's lightening fast for everything he uses it for. Streams movies like a dream as well. But even Fortnite will not run on it - which doesn't matter to him, but his kid is bummed.
For games, you really need a separate graphics card. When the graphics card is separate, it uses it's own memory rather than share with the main CPU, and that will allow games to run, and run well. It's called "discrete graphics" in the specs, and the most common brands are NVIDIA or AMD. They will also list how many GB memory that the graphics card has for itself (not system RAM). The more, the better.
The downside is that graphics cards are expensive. That's why almost all of the lower priced laptops will use integrated graphics. But you can't game on them.
Again for the hundredth time, Inspiron do not have backlit keyboards
