For my kid, I put an electric kettle in the bathroom next to the nursery with an RTIC tumbler. Fill the kettle with 8oz water. Takes one minute to boil while I fill the bottle with milk/formula. Fill tumbler half way with boiling water and place baby bottles inside. Now you can take the tumbler on the go. It will take a minute to warm up the bottle. It's faster than a bottle warmer and more versatile since you can take it on the go and have it maintain the temp for 30 mins if the kid falls back asleep. Also helped to have a mini fridge in the nursery to grab the milk from.

You literally just put the bottle inside the tumbler while it has the boiling water and leave it for a few minutes. That's it.
