I dont honestly know if thats a lot or not, but it feels fine. paid 1079 for my open box 14 mbp 512/16gb/8core/14gpu. it had 15 battery count. my gf had 5 battery count, will check hers later.
downloaded little app called ssdreporter here's pic, says 100% health. A ok to me!

He filled out the form on the checkcoverage.apple.com, and they called back- less than 5 min on hold.
He said the CSR emailed him a link to upload a screenshot of the woot order info, and CSR updated the warranty to a year.
He checked checkcoverage.apple right after, and it was confirmed the date was updated to Nov 2024.
Apparently it was a quick and easy call- no trouble or a bunch of questions from the CSR agent.
