just go to the apple top left, click about this Mac, it pops up a little square, click more info, next screen pops up your serial number etc, scroll down "SYSTEM REPORT". very bottom.

then you scroll down to POWER on left side. there u go

OR

go to the search box, type system information. then click power, and theres ur info directly.

Sorry guys, was my fault, that link I sent was apparently not the most helpful one. But this link below is legit and the video walks you through everything how to check your ssd. When you download the drivex tool(they tell you how to get it) it will give you all the information you need about your hard drive.

My MacBook is finally shipped and I will get it hopefully tomorrow. I almost gave up hope, thought they would cancel.

Rec'd today

Packaging as others stated, brown box, white apple refurb box within.

Cycle Count 3

According to DriveDx SSD Lifetime left indicator I have 100%

Also the total power on time for this computer is 20 hours of use, 5 of which have been me.

This is a thing of beauty
Sound is great
Screen a vast improvement over my 13" air

Have a call due from Apple Support tomorrow re. warranty and purchasing Apple Care

1.8tb written total.

edit. downloaded that, and here's my pic. - either way im happy with my machine. it functions literally like new. - I sold my m1 air and 3050ti lenovo legion and bought this for the exact amount of money. im only out 100 dollars from parallels 19 which I am glad I do have. I can finally play all my final fantasy games with mods via steam ive never been able to do before.

here's both my pics.

535 power cycle count, 30 hours use. - thinking about buying this program if it goes on sale.

Mine just arrived. It was packaged the way you expect from CPO MacBook. Had 9 battery cycles and 1 TB written and 2TB read with 13 hours total ssd time. Overall ok except a small dent in the body next to the keyboard, otherwise flawless.

Warranty was till April 24. Extension was a piece of cake. Called them and send proof of purchase and that is it. I can also extend for apple care but don't know if I want to spend that money.

Has anybody been able to get applecare limited 1 year activated or purchase applecare+ for the devices they received? If so, how did you do it?

I was just on the phone with applecare and sent them a screenshot of my order details and they told me this wasn't enough for them to confirm purchase date and activate applecare.

I told them that Woot confirmed that this was apple refurbished and that Woot verified it was possible, but they said there wasn't enough info on the order information to verify.

Going to follow up with Woot employee as they mention in those instructions someone else shared.

I did it earlier today and there was no problem whatsoever. I submitted the order confirmation while the agent was on the phone and it was confirmed. I checked it afterwards and it is now extended until November 24. Just call again and try it again, I think it depends on your agent. Don't say you called before, just start from scratch. At the end of the day it is your right and some of the agents try to make it difficult. Next time if they deny, get a case number and send it to woot.
