My cat is on a steady diet of Iams hairball control and Fancy Feast (Gravy Lovers) and he is happy as can be at 13 years of age with 0 issues at his annual checkups. I swear half the elitists that shit on the (large) number of people who buy these products probably feed themselves or their children McDonalds and Wendy's on the regular lol.

Growing up, our pets always got 'Ole Roy and Sam's Club branded dog and cat food and they all lived perfectly long and healthy lives. To each their own, but I care about our cat and our dogs perfectly well enough thank you.

Every cat food thread, you have the same people saying that "this food is garbage". I personally don't agree that the foods "those people" feed there cats are better overall, but even if they were, I'm not going to spend several times more for the equivalent amount food than this price.

It's a better option than letting a cat starve. It's a better option than most of what is sold in the grocery store. Many people on here feed stray cats, or have taken in stray cats, and if they spent what "those people" spend, they wouldn't be able to help as many cats.

It generally seems like "those people" are just out to make themselves feel superior, rather than concerned with wellbeing of cats.

Why do you say that? I see the ingredients are quite decent and real food.

I'm not sure if I would even feed this to a feral cat let alone my own. Buy at your own risk.

Ground corn, corn grits, corn gluten meal... That's a no from me. Iams is a brand for people that just don't know any better.

Their wet food killed my cat back when they had the recall. Renal failure.
