According to this spec sheet ( https://storage-asset.msi.com/exc...-080US.pdf ), the motherboard in this prebuilt is the PRO B760-VC WIFI. This motherboard has 4 dimm slots, so if you wish to add 2 more sticks to run in a 4 dimm configuration (more stressful on the cpu memory controller, as it remains dual channel), you can. The motherboard's spec page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/P...cification

This beats every non-refurbished deal available over black Friday and cyber Monday by a decent amount. If you need a new mid-tier gaming prebuilt, and are only willing to purchase in new condition, this is probably the best deal you'll see for quite a while.

32GB unless serious video editing, VMs, 3D modelling, simulation, machine learning, etc.

Otherwise, check to confirm 64 GB is supported on this motherboad.

EDIT: Wow! "Maximum RAM Supported: 192 GB" !!

Do you know if replacing the existing 2x RAM (8gb) with 2x16 would make sense? Seems it would be more costly than adding two more 8gb but put less stress on unit. No idea what I'm doing here really but want to give my son a highly functioning gaming pc and believe the 32 gb of RAM makes appropriate sense either for an extra 50$ (2x8) or 100$ (2x16). Appreciate any insight you or anyone else may have into this!
Use only 2 slots, it's worth it. Motherboard is already the most likely component in the computer to fail.
You don't want to make the odds any worse...

Thanks, I guess I will get 64gb since I do plan to do some machine learning stuff.
Another question, if I get the same 5200mhz ram, will the newly add rams work with the existing 2x8gb? Or that may cause problems?

Chances are they could have used cheaper parts

I am wondering if this is going to be a good option for deep learning using GPU? I would be using keras. I think apple products don't have the nvidia gpu, so doing deep learning in those is not straight forward.
would this item be a good option? or should i get something with a 16 GB graphics card? This one is 8GB (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Graphics Card). Input would be helpful, thanks.

Walmart wouldn't refund the difference for me. I ordered a second one and will be returning the first one I ordered.

Management quality is stable in US corporations. Now they will have to cover shipping again on the same product, and restock the one you will return 😂
It's only their loss 😂😂😂

Nongamer here. Is there a way to turn off those funky alien neon lights on the keyboard, mouse, and tower? Will be using in an office environment

If you're not a gamer, you can get the same thing sans GPU for half the price.

Can you recommend any? Been searching for a week, non gaming rig pickings are slim
