I drink these only before I go running. The beta-alanine doesn't give me the foot tingles, but instead face tingles. It passes relatively quickly, but when I first experienced it, it felt like I was getting embarrassed or something.

these are the 12 oz cans - not the 16 that were in previous deals. You can still get certain flavors of the 16oz cans for $16-17 per 12 with subscribe and save offer, though the 2-for-3 offer is gone as far as I know.

Just got this case and my personal opinion is this tastes horrible. If I had a choice I'd drink another brand but in a pinch this is ok at best.

Transition to caffeine pills folks~ they hit cleaner and are way better for you in the long run especially with the sucralose information that is being released in the scientific journals. I used to be a huge celsius/bang/c4 drinker but every single one of these zero sugar energy drinks all contain sucralose.

Amazon has some logistics issues here. My last S&S offer never shipped last month for 16oz cans. This offer is now 12oz cans - so I'm giving this another chance.

Also had trouble with the Rockstar zero sugar drink packs getting delivered from Amazon.

This has beta alanine in it, if you take pre-workouts you probably already know what it is.

I wouldn't drink these unless I was working out, having the beta itch when you're not lifting weights or exercising is not pleasant imo

These taste pretty good. I'd recommend hitting your local Dollar Tree to purchase a 12 oz bottle of either the blue razz or watermelon. I have 2 stores near me and I regularly clean them out.
