I tried 2x and they would not at any point admit that it was 349 at walmart, even when i told them specific stores it definitely is in stock at.

Yeah, just tried here and because I was able to get that deal plus the 10% coupon they wouldn't budge on lowering it further. Tried making the case that the base price was $100 lower but no dice. Was worth a shot to make it the deal of the year though lol.
