I just told them there was some shipping damages which mine did have fairly dented corners and such. They didn't ask for pictures of anything. Took like 5min wait and they just came back with an offer to refund a certain amount and I said it was acceptable. Got an email immediately with the refund.

Lucky... I have parts of carton teared and a bit dinged. Was chatting for more than 40 minutes just to be offered to return the console back to store for refund. She refused to offer any discount or partial refund, when I told her that I need this item and there are none in stock in my area to rebuy/exchange. Dont know if I should try other day. Seems that some luvky guys, who told their stories here motivated guys like me (and lot others) to go and chat for extra discount.

Price matched w/Best Buy for Forza bundle and then Diablo bundle the other day. Both Christmas gifts

Some reps might refuse, while would do it. Good luck

this evening I was still able to find a store with-it for 349. I had to select pickup and keep changing my store I was shopping. I originally tried yesterday at another store that let me placed the order. Three hours later they cancelled it due to being out of stock. I tried again this evening after seeing a couple posts in the thread and found another and placed the order. I got a notification it is ready for pickup.

The Diablo version is in stock in my area, but more interested in the Forza bundle. Don't play much games to begin with, so probably not worth the impulse buy. 🤷 ♂️

I pulled in the trigger for in-store pick up last night on the Diablo bundle. Got the email this morning that it is ready. Now I just hope they will hold it for me until Saturday afternoon. I'm out of town at the moment lol.

I have a decent gaming PC, a PS5, and a Xbox One X. I was on the fence about whether I should get this system at this point.

Any thoughts on why I should upgrade at this point? TIA
