The b12 here is the worst kind derived from cyanide. Your body can't process it in this form very well and it's derived from a toxin.
Over 70 percent of people are deficient in vitamin D in the us. Second highest association with death from covid was vitamin D deficiency following obesity.
I would suggest a higher quality vitamin d supplement that includes k2 for uptake and has mcts or olive oil as a carrier oil.
Majority of the population can take 5000 ius with out even thinking and benefit. Next time you're at your doctor ask for a 25-hydroxy vitamin D test to see where you're at. More than likely most of the population would be fine taking 10-12000 ius a day. But blood work can help identify required intake. There isn't really an upper limit of toxicity for intake that has been identified. One study over dosed and gave someone 200,000 ius a day for a few weeks and they only presented nausea and fatigue.
Take that info as you would and best of luck to live in health!
