Costco usb c pack, like 16 bucks for 2 usb cables, super nice. 245 watts rated I think. i bought a pack last week. really nice I mean, really nice cords.
The 240 Watt rating on those Anker cables at Costco is meant to suggest that the cables are indeed 5 Amp models which would reach 240 Watts using the 48V Power Delivery mode (which I have yet to see in the wild; 20V is typical for laptops and a handful of devices like top-end Macbooks support a 28V mode).

Good luck!

I'm assuming they're legitimately 5A cables (which is to say they aren't broken as is the case for plenty of cables sold by 3rd parties on Amazon as 5A rated). And I'd also suspect that they are more than up to the task for some 5A tasks like 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0

However, I'm not sure if I'd trust them with my high-power Macbook. Then again, I'm the picky buyer who would want to see them tested for voltage drop to see if they're in compliance with the incredibly tight specifications for 5A cables.

Good luck!

I mean... my cat chewed up my old cable, so I bought these and it's charging via usb c perfectly fine. so I think it's safe. I think a MacBook determines the power input, like it can refuse unsafe power sources from what I recall reading. thats why I dont really hesitate using crap cords or good cords.

the MacBook MagSafe charger im going to use in my togo bag for commuting.

found out they have slow 2.0 usb transfer speeds. according to reviews. but I dont care. bought them for power only, and if I need to transfer data, its just a little longer. like twice a year I back up my phone. just an FYI for anyone who needs 3.0 transfer speeds.\

I guess it cost a ton of money to make 3.0 in longer cables, so def not in cheap cables

Models which also support fast data transfer definitely would plaster it all over the box... and reflect all the extra copper wires in the price as well.

Good luck!

All the reviews on amazon are of Vine Customer Review of Free Product. Personally, I never had any experience with any spigen chargers, other than their phone or tablet cases, but their customer service is excellent.

I purchased a Spigen GaN 45w charger last year and it is great! I have zero complaints, I have no need for OP's deal, but am considering it for future need because of how good the first one has been.
