Are there any Telemedicine services I can sign up for (USA)?

I just got an email that MyTelemedicineNow.com will be ending their service at the end of the year.

For a monthly subscription, it offered 24/7 telemedicine services (once had a kid with strep. Called at 12:30 AM, got a call back at 2:30 AM and a scrip sent electronically which I could pick up first thing in the morning).

I am looking for a replacement. They had 2 plans: Cheaper monthly subscription, $40 per consultation, or more expensive monthly subscription with $0 consultation fee.

I am looking for something to replace it, in case anyone knows anything like it.
