Seems main complaints regard 1. cam not detecting movement at all 2. delayed notifications and 3. lack of local recording to SD (feature "coming soon", apparently). First two complaints are pretty commonplace for battery-powered cams, though that obviously doesn't mean they should be discounted.
All that said, I'll probably sit this one out pending updates. Mostly because I've already spent too much this xmas and Dec just started...and I have too many working Arlos, already

i find their detection/notification better than POE systems which are always recording - so finding the specific point where i want is harder, plus it lets me determine when an activity occurred better than the POE system, but then I switch to my POE system to see the "Full video" once i know the time stamp

Wyze is one of the junks
Battery cams do not record 24x7 so the cops wouldn't be able to see how long they were on the property, what direction they came from and what direction the left in if I had this cam.

Edit… not shipping but delivery. Looks like shipping option is gone so either pickup in store or delivery by store for $35

Based on that, over time we bought 2 gen 2 cam pans and 1 gen 3 cam.
-all 3 devices died inexplicably in a short amount of time
-each instance, time of death was just outside return window
-wyze offered no recourse or remedy despite extensive back and forth
So in my view all their new products now may be e-waste.
And that's just the physical product-- as mentioned there are privacy violations & other known issues with the company.
