No support in the toe, how it this even a tactical boot? Right now they throw the tactical label on everything and it is not even rugged.

Support in the toe? Don't understand. Most tac boots have an extended piece of sole that gives a little kick protection, but they don't box em in like a work boot as it makes it easier to climb fences and stuff. Magnums are the same way.

Probably means the toe is pointed enough to climb a fence, work boot toes are generally too blunt/wide to get into chainlink.
