Advantages of the 12S? Cheaper than the equivalent SVS. Better controls and inputs than the Klipsch. Smaller than the big Klipsch. Internet cred.
Advantage of the 10S? If 96 db max at 2 meters and no real subsonics is your goal, no headroom, then it'll get the job done in a smaller, cheaper package. You could also do a swarm of them and some serious room correction to get a killer sub system, but I hope you enjoy spending your life setting up instead of actually listening, because getting it right is going to be a monstrous task. Even integrating one sub well is difficult, let alone the four you'll need to pass a 105db peak at 20hz.
