Garden State Bulb Darwin Hybrid Mixed Tulip Bulbs are imported directly from our farms and growers in Holland. These bulbs are 4 to 5" (11/12cm) in circumference and carefully hand-picked and checked for quality before shipment. When planted, this delightful tulip mix includes vivid shades of red, pink, and yellow. Best known for their large, flashy flowers, the extra-large blossoms measure up to 6" across and sit atop of sturdy 20-22" stems. They are attractive to pollinators, winter-hardy, and ideal for landscaping and cut flower arrangements.

Check in store - my local Lowes has 50% off for dozens various kinds of tulips, daffodils, and hydrangeas.
These are zero flowers in the history of the world that last all year.

You stick them in the ground, as long as you live somewhere cold in the winter, aka pretty much all the USA because souther FL and HI. They will bloom in the spring as long as they don't get eaten for 1-2 weeks, depends on weather. Then they die back and will bloom again the next spring. I'd suggest daffodils for you as you seem new to gardening and tulips get eaten by squirrels and deer when daffodils won't.

Prob not, I'm in the NE and it's still ok to put them in the ground as long as you can dig down, it's been cold here some night but the ground is not frozen at all.

Yah after a bit of reading it looks like I'm probably good to put them in the ground still.

Just ordered 150 bulbs for like 40 bucks so if half them make it still a good deal.

Bulbs are measured by circumference, not diameter. 11/12 cm (4–5") is typical for a tulip bulb.
