I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

you paid $200 to boost for edge plus.

I called the Costco 800 number and was able to trade in 2 crap phones for 2 moto edge 22 phones. $35 activation fee was waived and I also qualify for the $75 Costco card for each phone. I had to pay about $31 in tax upfront for each phone. I am a Costco member and have magenta max.
What was the process to apply/get the $75 costco card, do you need to goto some tmobile website to enter for the promotion ? also did the agent took your costco membership number ? to get that $75 card , please can you give details about the process. Thanks

I also did this earlier today. The guy took my Costco membership number and Tmobile account info and then confirmed that the $35 dollar activation is waived. I asked about the $75 dollar thing and he did say that I qualified for it and that it took some amount of weeks (can't recall exactly how many) after phone activation to receive it. Was relatively easy with no wait time which was nice. I also got multiple attempts at upselling me useless crap but in the end, pretty good deal with only having to pay tax.

I called the Costco 1-800 number and first asked about the upgrade to the moto edge. They asked for my T-Mobile phone number and my Costco number. They confirmed that I was eligible for the moto edge and that they would waive the $35 activation fee. I asked if I would also get the $75 Costco cash card, and I was told I was eligible and would receive one for each line I upgraded. I did 2. I did have to give the IMEI of the phones I was trading in. That's about it. Pretty painless.

Calling the 800 number works for Simple Choice.

I got this phone over the summer deal with Boost mobile.... I like the phone but the battery is not great at all, especially after I upgraded to Android 13 (Moto phones are behind the times...) I cant go a day without having to charge this. Ive heard this is a common problem with the processor (SD1) - that it eats battery and the SD2 CPU (which is in the 2023 model of the Edge) solves this problem
